Key Capture Energy Announces Kimberly Legge as Executive Vice President, Operations

We are pleased to welcome Kimberly Legge to the Key Capture Energy team as Executive Vice President, Operations. Kimberly brings to KCE 30 years of experience in the midstream pipeline and terminal industry. She will lead KCE’s construction, procurement, and operations functions. Kimberly will be based in KCE’s Houston office.

A seasoned operations management executive, Kimberly has a track record of providing leadership to generate and deliver innovative ideas and effective solutions in highly competitive, transformative business environments. Her experience developing teams and leading them to achieve outstanding results in safety, profitability, and quality performance will be invaluable as KCE continues to grow.

Prior to joining KCE, Kimberly served as the Vice President of Operations and Engineering for Odfjell Terminals. She has also held management roles in operations at Blackline Midstream, Delek Logistics, and Buckeye Partners and served on the Board of Directors for the International Liquids Terminals Association, as well as the Delaware Bay River Cooperative in Philadelphia.

With a growing Houston office, Jeff Bishop, CEO of Key Capture Energy, has worked to recruit people from oil and gas that are eager to be part of the clean energy transition. Jeff and the KCE team recognize the rigor, process and safety experience that individuals with this background can bring to KCE.
