Key Capture Energy Hires John Bresnahan as Interim CFO

We are pleased to welcome John Bresnahan to the Key Capture Energy team. John has joined as Interim CFO, bringing over 20 years of experience in the investment banking and power & energy infrastructure industries. Throughout his career, John has originated, led, negotiated, and executed dozens of equity and debt capital raises, mergers & acquisitions, asset transactions and strategic advisory assignments. As Interim CFO, John will lead Key Capture Energy’s finance and HR functions and has oversight of the company’s accounting, financial planning, analysis, procurement, and capitalization efforts.

Prior to joining KCE, John held senior positions at Lazard and BlackArch Partners – two leading financial advisory firms. Before that, John served as Vice President of Harris Williams, an investment bank specializing in M&A advisory services. John’s experience also includes over five years of service in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantry Officer. John holds an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia and a B.S. from the Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.
