Key Capture Energy Welcomes New Team Members to Help Support Growing Pipeline of Projects

The word welcome with a yellow background.

Key Capture Energy’s operations are rapidly advancing despite industry-wide obstacles presented by the recent global pandemic. While the oil industry suffers through its worst downturn yet, Key Capture Energy remains dedicated to meeting the needs of a changing energy landscape by enabling the further penetration of renewable energy while supporting the existing grid. As such, we have expanded our team in order to match our continually progressing pipeline of projects.

We are pleased to announce that Meredith Hester has joined as Key Capture Energy’s Director of Procurement, Shaun Boggs has joined as Manager of IT & Cybersecurity, Alicia Boyd has joined as an EPC Project Manager and Harper Jones has joined as an Operations and Maintenance Manager. Rounding out a robust team of industry experts, their contributions will be critically important as we continue through our current strategic growth stage.

Prior to joining KCE, Hester served as Manager of Procurement, Sourcing and Contracts for Cameron LNG, LLC. Hester comes to KCE with over 22 years of experience in the energy and manufacturing industries, having worked in a number of supply chain and legal functions roles at companies including Crestwood Midstream Partners LP, McDermott International Inc. and Resources Global Professionals (RGP).

Boggs was formerly Manager of Global Cybersecurity Operations at Momentive Performance Materials, where he developed a security operations department ultimately responsible for 52 global locations. Boggs’ extensive 20-year career has greatly prepared him for his new role at the intersection of cybersecurity and clean energy. Most notably, Boggs has previously managed the engineering team for a large FBI data warehouse, lead the security advisory department for the South California Edison Grid Modernization program and developed the security engineering team for Hyundai Capital America.

Boyd was previously a Substation Engineering Project Manager at Texas New Mexico Power. In this role, she was responsible for managing all aspects of project development, from initial design to construction completion. Boyd has also worked as a Deepwater Design and Evaluation Services for Clients (DESC) Engineer at Schlumberger.

Jones comes to KCE from Fluence, where he served as a Field Service Engineer responsible for managing two of the company’s largest battery storage systems. Previously, he worked at GE Healthcare Life Sciences as a Field Service Technician and spent 6 years prior in the Navy as a Sonar Technician and Supervisor.

In addition to Hester, Boggs, Boyd and Jones, we have five additional KCE team members who have recently joined us in various positions across the company. Matthew Rariden and Joseph Rambler have both joined as EPC Site and Project Managers. Before officially joining KCE full-time, Rambler worked as a contracted EPC Site and Project Manager, helping to construct our Texas projects and bring them online. In addition, Michael Pisarri has joined as a Senior Financial Analyst, while Nicholas Tull has joined as a Project Controls Associate. We are also pleased to welcome Jacob Brettrager who has joined us as an Electrical Engineer.
