Key Capture Energy has partnered with Orange and Rockland Utilities (O&R) to develop, construct, and operate KCE NY3, a battery storage facility that will be part of O&R’s Pomona Distributed Energy Resources (DER) Program.

In addition to creating new jobs and fostering economic opportunity in the utility’s service territory, the Pomona DER Program will enable O&R to defer costly electrical system upgrades and reduce emissions from power plants while increasing power grid reliability and creating value for the utility’s 300,000 ratepayers.
