Courtney leads the engineering and construction team at Key Capture Energy and oversees all engineering, procurement and construction activities. She facilitates collaboration with KCE’s project managers, contractors, suppliers, and engineers on a daily basis to ensure that work is completed on time, in budget, and built to the highest standard. Courtney also collaborates with KCE’s development, technology and procurement teams when constructability input is needed for developing projects.
Prior to joining Key Capture, Courtney worked at PSEG Fossil on various Combined Cycle and Plant Betterment Projects. Her most recent Projects, Sewaren 7 and Bridgeport Harbor 3, were groundbreaking in that the Heat Recovery Steam Generator and Air-Cooled Condenser modules were built offsite and transported by barge to site. Courtney graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Political Science and is a PMP certified Project Manager.
