She directs collaboration with KCE’s project managers, construction managers, contractors, suppliers, and engineers to ensure that work is completed safely, on time, on budget, and built to the highest standard. Courtney and the E&C team also collaborate with KCE’s development, technology, operations, and procurement teams in all phases of projects.

Prior to joining KCE, Courtney was a Project Manager at PSEG Fossil on various Combined Cycle projects totaling more than 2.7 GW, as well as Plant Betterment projects. Her work on the Sewaren 7 and Bridgeport Harbor 5 projects was groundbreaking in that the Heat Recovery Steam Generators and Air-Cooled Condenser modules were built offsite and transported by barge to site.
