Kimberly Legge is Executive Vice President of Operations at Key Capture Energy. In this role, she is responsible for the construction and operation of KCE’s energy storage assets, with a focus on project timelines and budgets. Kimberly’s project execution responsibilities include overseeing projects in KCE’s development pipeline from engineering, procurement and construction to commissioning. Additionally, she oversees operations, ensuring that KCE’s energy storage assets operate safely, reliably, and efficiently.
Prior to joining KCE, Kimberly spent 30 years in the midstream pipeline and terminal industry, where she most recently served as the Vice President of Operations and Engineering for Odfjell Terminals. She also held management roles at Blackline Midstream, Delek Logistics, and Buckeye Partners and served on the Board of Directors for the International Liquids Terminals Association, as well as the Delaware Bay River Cooperative in Philadelphia.
Kimberly holds an MBA from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.
